waah...I'm late U_U~!!! this is my entry for the wallpaper contest at the chibi-fest group

hmz...I've been searching for scans on the internet and saw chibi pics of gundam seed destiny:
[I've just pasted all the scans
I used in 1 pic with paint XP] the quality was too low...so I decided to vector them......so I've downloaded
illustrator and start to make some vectors......(first time using illu). I've done sting, auel, stellar and athrun.
I want to thank Aibuster for helping me to vector Shinn and I want to thank Mezzed too for helping me to vector Rey and
Chairman Dulindal. *bows*
hmz...the background....I dun really had an idea ......so i decided to play around with abstract, it's good way to
practise.....I'm trying to improve my abstractness XP hehe
and....well....this is the result :D~!!!!! a simple abstract wallpaper :D~!

Chibis goodness!! *__* kawaii!!~ I'm only a tad disappointed that Kira, Lacus and Cagalli isn't in it. >_<; other than that, I love the background and chibis!!

Haha! MC you did it. Not bad for the vector and effect but where's lacus, mia, meryrin and kira? O_o Arh....you miss em. Very kawaii anyway.

uwaa mc-san walls!! :O eto, the lines of the characters that you vectored are a little wobbly but with some practice, i'm sure you'll get the hang of it. *i don't even know how to use illu so kudos to you! XD* the bg is something different but a little too 'uniform-ish' for my taste. i'd prefer the purple tentacle thingies at the top to be wavy instead of porcupine spikes but it's just me XD. there's a bit in the wallpaper whereby radial blur was used after using some sort of noise filter and it isn't smooth enough there's some noise residue. did you notice? shinn's, rey's and luna's uni colour ain't the same. actually the colour is the same but it's a different shade XD not sure whether that was on purpose though :X overall it's a decent wallie :X *and yay for you! there's no kira in there! this wallpaper is kira ghey free! XD*

ZOMGosh the chibies are sooo cute! Actually I think the background fits them well. :) A scenery wall would have looked dumb and I'm not sure grunge would have worked all that well either. Chibi does not usually make me think of grunge. XD So nice job choosing a background as well!

into the background.. like a vector field or something :O

Really cute. I'm not a fan of any of them except Athrun. Has a simple feel but it's really done quite nicely. I like the abstract bg and it gives a look that bg is are lights that you would find in Hollywood. XD You did an amazing job on the vectoring. Everything is really cute and adorable. Really nice work~

Excellent vectoring!
The only thing is the position of their feet... like... what are they standing on? I think providing a base of some sort would have been nice :) (it's the pose of the chibis... so yeah)
The effects are nice, but I can't say that they match the chibis... I think it overwhelms it a bit because the effects take up like 2/3 of the wallpaper space... and to me the spiky thing... it's positioned a little off the centre more towards the right.
It's really cute... and I love the vectors :) Great work on the entry... ^-^

Nice vectoring work by you, Airbuster, and Mezzed ~ they look even cuter in clean vectored form >__< The background is simple, but I like the abstract work. The crystal spikes and light beam look very neat emulating from the sphere in the center ~ but the sphere is a little pixely at the top. Btw, can you tell me which character is which? ^^;; Great work MC and good luck in the Chibi-fest contest!! ...chibis..*hides*

Aw, ain't they cute? :} I don't know why anyone hates the characters so much... I like them all. (Yeah I know I said I hated the druggies back then u_u, but anyone can change their opinion ya know :P)
Stellar looks the best out of the group with her whole "...me?" look. XD
The bg... well it's very nice, but I'm not a big of the lines. Except I can't even do that, so I don't even know why I'm talking about it. >_>;; That blast thing sure is nice thing though. :}
Btw, take a look at the Auel part closely. I think you missed a spot to extract. >>;
anyway, great job lost twin dude. :D
