This, I made just this morning.. hehe. I used masking and grunge brushes for the background, mainly because I didn't know what I want to work with. After brushing the background, I colourised it with several layers. Then I went render hunting, I found this really nice Sister Princess render on Aethereality.net and downloaded it.
After smoothing the render, I changed the colourised layers to green. It just looked better with it. x]
Erm. Yeah, I'd say how many layers there were, but I'm not on my computer atm.

nice wallpaper, the girl is very pretty, the color of her hair and the green of the flowers fit well together, but the color that are in the background don't fit that well, they are to dark.
