This is from the game Parfait Chocolate: Second Brew by Giga. The character is Yui Kazami i think. IMO this is a very cute and I love the art style. Source: Cover for said game (not scanned by me). If enough people express their like for this picture of this artstyle, I could put up this 2 page spread thiat I found which is even better (IMO).
