You've really got to do more than just put a half naked Rei over a 5 minute BG. Express more ideas, use more techniques, just don't put images over random backgrounds.

the background could stand to be less blurry, and the text gets lost in the scanlines.
Cut and paste jobs can be quite effective, but this one isnt.
