Has a slight simplistic feel but quite lovely. The bg is pretty and the colors matches the girl's outfit nicely. The textures and chalkylines look really interesting. I like the shine around her and give her a magical feel. It's good that the bg reflects that. Good extraction. Really nice work!

Its the light effect around the chara, i miss a reason for it at the ground or somewhere else
