You did use the pen tool, right? Because the lines are a little shaky and
squiggly. You can't vector with a brush, vectors require the pen tool.
Colors look great, though. :)

Another vector wannabe from me. Based on Article illustration in Newtype Magazine. it's real color is sepia so i coloring based on other misuzu wallpaper. I Hope u like it.

Ok, first it's obvious you put in a lot of effort into this image... and congrats on how it came out.
Now to mention my advice you can do to improve this or future works.
1. Use more curves, and less points if possible.
2. Know when to turn off the "snap to grid". That can contribute to a lot of the jerkyness. I leave mine off because it gets in my way more than it helps
3. Supersize it. I like to magnify my images a lot... so I can vary the pen tool's stroke length.
4. When necessary, move the outline to match the color shading shapes... (like in dress area where shade and outline don't match.Here is a link of how I work... it looks like you do a lot of this already, but maybe the views at the bottom would give some additional ideas of how to work.
