What can I say? I fell in love with this scan the moment I saw it. The gorgeous scan is courtesy of the wonderful Annalee, and is drawn by Kei Masuda. I really wanted to make a couple wallpaper that's different from the norm. And well... here it is. Enjoy! :D
EDIT 7/11/05: Following the advice of Skillzpay, I added some light mist to the characters and branches.

Gorgeous stuff, especially that background although you can't see too much of it. But it comes off looking like some really dark rainy clouds. The rain certainly helps in setting the mood. The only thing I would've liked to see added to this would've been some soft white brush work around the top halves of the two character's bodies to give that appearance like rain was hitting them. Still, this is great work as to be expected from you :D

WaW! this wallpaper is really magnificent!!! you chose the best couple scan :) it's so romantic and innocent, and you can see that in the characters eyes really the artist who made this scene is really great because she/he managed to add emotional expressions on the characters faces that look so real...
and you really did a great job making this wonderful wallie while you added your own touch making the environment more romantic and very warm and kinda insecure "the rain storm" and it suits with the girl a lot because she looks insecure and afraid!
honestly this wallie deserves to reach the top six wallies because I don't know if you did it on purpose or not but it looks like both you and the artist who draw this scan kinda worked together at the same time , you understood the essence of this scan and its inner meanings.
I hope I didn't bore you with my comment but I had to say something about this masterpiece!!!
