hmm its a pretty good doujin ^^ really like the detail on the shadows and highlights. proportionwise, the body and hands might need to be slightly bigger to match the size of the head.
my other crit is the eyes, instead of blended looking, each block of color should be clearly defined.
other than that, the sketching and outline is very good.
