It's Skuld from Aa! Megami-sama (it might not be so obvious lol ^_^' ). I was looking at the original pic from manga while I was drawing this. Took me about 4 hours. I'm not drawing too much but I like how it worked out :)

The face is a bit too long, the hair too flat, the bounding doesn`t merge into the hair.
It has a nice perspective and overall, except the minor said glitches, I like this one and give it a 9/10
