The stars look nice. :) I think the little stars are too many. I think you should remove some of them or you should make some of them dimmer because they are too bright.

It's Asuka from Tekken 5. The artist of Tenjou Tenge (Oh Great) designed the extra costume for Asuka which is the one you see in your wall. So that's why it resembles Tenjou Tenge.
