The stock image was cut out pretty well, as far as I'm concerned. However, the background just seems a little too plain and doesn't really fit the "solidness" of the Alex stock image. Also, the text effects are a little plain. Instead of using a Sans-serif family font, go and download some new fonts that suit your work.
