I really wanted to try out grunge and fantasy since I don't think I've done either. The reason it's entitled "Elemental Infection" is because you'll see some representations for different elements like wood, water, air, ice and such, and they seem to be getting infected by some sort of virus, which is represented through the grunge work. The girl is also getting infected. I'm sorry if I the wallpaper doesn't fit the girl at all. I haven't watched Shingetsutan Tsukihime yet, and I just wanted a very high quality scan.
Please excuse my grunge work for now, as this is my first try at it. I really like how I made the texts though. :D This
just includes lots of brush work using PS default brushes and some brushes from DeviantArt, different blending modes,
and a couple of stock photos from www.sxc.hu.
45 layers. Took about 8 hours in 7 days (in the middle of homework! XD).

Wow, this looks very nice! I really like the background of it, the colors too! The bottom part really caught my eye because it looked so...nice. The light effects are awesome. Although I could hardly read the title, the font still rocks. Good job! ^^

well it did not come to the point of bugging me but I would have liked it better without it or if the color was a little darker... or maybe if you had tried a little soft inner glow instead of the outside one ^_^' but nontheless this is an amazing job, keep it up!!! XD

Love it. The grunge and little details here and there are pieced together perfectly, in my opinion. And you should be proud of the text, it's nicely done and definitely adds to the wall. I do agree with the others that the glow around the girl looks a bit off... or perhaps too bright.

Awesome wall! The background is amazing. I love the colors and the flow of it all. I also find the title very cool, and very matching. The scan fits in amazingly as well. Very nice wall!

Great job. The colours and effects that you put in the bg are breath-taking. Though as you said the scan really doesnt fit the wallie. but who reallly cares. Hope to see more from you :)

I like this one. The vision is rather dark and mysterious, as she sits there, looking lonely.
Overlays are a blending cleanly, good job throughout.
