that is Shua from Wonderful Days aka (Sky Blue- American release title) is arguably the best Korean anime movie ever produced. the animination was hand drawn, melds 2d and 3d very well and was directed by Kim Moon-Saeng.
the Ecoban cylces have to be seen to be believed. ^^
