post anything until I return.

found this scan today which is incredibly awesome and started working on it XD
I wasn't creative enough I suppose...I still feel a bit weird about this but kinda satisfied with the outcome.
well...31 layers; many brushes;a few filters and 5.5 hours. FULL-VIEW recommended for he details
btw...I have no idea about the character...sorry if I am submitting it in the wrong section

edit: I blended the scan a bit more and clean it a little bit as shyxsakura recommended...looks better now

it's good, but not great.
the bg ish really unique, but the scan is terrible. you need to extract it better, and make it so that the scan doesnt look so grainy.
make the feeling smooth, not rough. ^-^ but great job with the colors <3

ahhh that looks positively excruciating. makes me feel all irky looking at it.

this looks great, the background composition is good...
the only thing that bothers me, is the white moon and the white cloud/fog on the bottom
they kinda clash with the dark theme of the wall.
other than that, it's great, luv the effect. -
Interesting use of the gradients. The coloring works well to accentuate the character in this wall. Excellent work with the grunge as well. The little bits of text for some reason add a chaotic feel. The little bird and tree details give, as well, a sense of impending doom. The rippling fog and energy look decent, but I feel that if they were more subtle it wouldn't be as destracting. The moon also seems a bit out of place, with the sudden white texturing thrown in with all of that color. I really don't have any qualms with the scan itself, for I feel you did good justice for it. Cool idea for a wall overall though.

Very nice wallpaper. I like it a lot. Everything matches except the moon and the bottom white part. The moon just doesn't go with the colors since it's only black and white. The white part just doesn't match either. Maybe if you only had the white part and the moon, it'd match but not with the colorful background. Good job nevertheless! ^_^

i like it, the effects are cool and i love the colors and the character is really amazing excellent work here i love that background the moon and the sides are amazing and i love the white at the bottom its great.

you did a terrific job in creating a mysterious background...and you really captured a tormented, dark mood in your wall. your choice of scan is perfect for your concept and the background emphasizes the feeling of your wall. but the moon looked a bit odd because it looked to "real" and too white, so it didn't quite match the rest of your wall. :D

This is a very nice wall, really like the colors and it has the feeling of sorrow in it. The scan and the bg fits really well except for the moon coz with it's realistic textures and plain white color it just doesn't fit the grunge theme, hope this helps. :)

As for the wall, you've got some nice grunge going there and a nice myriad of colors throughout the wallpaper. The one thing that kinda irks me though is that the outter parts of the wall look something like a blanket because it looks all wavey, rather than being flat. All in all some good work! -
