Artist Comment

Heh! Finally I can get this out...this was like done some weeks weeks before but I decided I would submit it before I take my vacation. And so here it is. I know it's dark...darkness consumes me...I know in some parts it actually looks like it's raining...I dunno why it turned out like that. The title look odd now...oh well. I got alot to do today before tomorrow and so I'm logging off earlier to fix my things. I might visit MT from time to time...you never know. I might. Philippines here I come!!! I do hope I'll enjoy my stay there!!! I hope!!! Anyways, hope you likey this one...I even made a banner. Check my userpage...it's a cute banner. Later then people!!! *waves* My long awaited off is finally here!!! Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeee~ >.<

    Hehehe! this looks so mysterious..... i like that kind of feelings....!!! hm... i wish the sakura tree can be more realistic... first of all i thought it was fog, after i see it from full view then i know that's sakura!! anyway... thanks for sharing such wonderful artwork!

    Nice wallpaper. I like the scan you used and the grass looks cool too.
    Just the clouds around the moon lok a bit too simple.... I think they nee a bit more work...

    dark is nice, nice, nice.. i just think if you moved themoon a lil bit near the corner, i think it'll look a bit better, just my thought, maybe its just me..but overall it's good..(=

    wow.. the atmosphere is great.. somehow mysterious and a bit scary.. XD you did a nice work on the scan..the colours fit great to the atmosphere...
    I think the left part is a bit too dark.. I nearly can't see anything.. the sakura tree needs more work.. the petals are not detailed enough.. and it needs more shading. the clouds could be a bit brighter and softer.. and you could put more highlights like some stars or fairy lights on the wallie.. ^^

    :D oooh is so cool! :D i like the character it fits in well XD its actually a little spooky. but background is a little plain, but it's still good! :D and i think u should brighten the left part, or add stars of something bright-ish on the left side >< but thats just my opinion ^^ the moon is nice, but work a bit more on the sakura trees ^^'' they seem really.... single layered XD it looks like one area is more transparent than the other, but it should be more even. thats my opinion anyways XD great effort tho, still love the moon a lot! :D keep it up!

    It seems like you used too much Soft Light blending mode on the scan. Also, the wall does seem too dark like others have noted. Keep up the good work.

    it's a great wall, haia. a bit too dark for me to see anything else but the clouds, the moon, grass, fireflies, the character and the cherry tree. but it a cool wall nonetheless.
