Good scan and really nice effect; however, the lines of the scan stand out a bit much. To minize the effect, you might increase the angles of the contact points for the effect making it for jagged. I also think is it might be improved by changing the tones of the blue to suit the characters hair better. I definitely think it is a good wall. i can just see a few things that might make it smoother.

I really like it, epecially the backround, it's really cool, weird, in a good way, very good. Thanks for sharing. All your other drawings look awsome.
