well .. imo you must work on the chara a bit longer seems to me that you didnt cut off it right -> wings, white stroke.
like the light-version much for than the other.

I like your light version better than the other one! That's probably becuase the colour of dark and light contrast. I really like the effect inside the black bar too^^ The only thing I don't like is the text sticking out of the black bar. I think it would look better inside the black bar instead of sticking out.
oh my god, i saw this in another wallpaper, but this image is very good too, and not mentioning that morrigan looks so sexy would be a crime hahahaha
