I am not sure if its a Korean game, but I know it is called Jingai Makyo: Chaos Gate and the girl charactors name is Ignis

Oh and by the way, I am new to the site, your picture I seen during a search for screenshots of this game, and thats why I joined was to get some pictures, as it seems like they are very limited on the web. I am still trying to figure out this site, how to do searches for specific things and what not. I also just got done looking at the full size of this and it looks very good.
