Suzu is fascinating - I alternately feel sorry for him and want to smack him in the face. Sort of a Sasuke complex there, only Suzu is less out-and-out vengeful and more batshit crazy. ^^
The lyrics are from David Bowie's "The Pretty Things Are Going To Hell", because David Bowie is God and the lyrics really fit Suzu. I believe the image is from the artbook, though it may be a filler page from the manga (it looks more like it).
