This is a pretty nice piece you put together. I like your whole layout in framing Naruto into the wallpaper. Just two things I noticed that cause some unpleasant conflict. When making a border I recommend making the bottom part just a little bigger then the rest so that it all looks even with the rest of the piece if someone were to choose to use it as a wallpaper. Second thing I noticed was the rather large bevel you put on Naruto. Doesn't look to pleasing in my opinion. Aside from those two little glitches nice work .
