A raver chick (yes, it says "shinobi" in hiragana on her shirt, because I felt like putting it there. Her boobs looked empty otherwise. XD) .
Done in Copics (God, I love my Copics.) and black gel pens (2, to be exact, since I killed one on this) while watching Azumanga Daioh. ^^
