I bet you spent a lot of time doing it. I think it's an excellent wallpaper, the background is great cuz it gives a certain impression of something I don't know, he he. But it's a great wallpaper. Nice job...

o.k don't kill me...again a Tenjho Tenge wall XD
but this time for a beloved friend. semanga
she wanted a wall with Natsume Aya from me and here it is...hope u like it dear :)
not very lively colors this time but this turned out just as I wanted. Especially the mood.
Tried 3 Aya scans at the beginning but none of them gave me the current feeling.
well...for the wall:
*sigh* this scan really gave me some hard time cleaning and rebuilding with smudge. The papermarks become a pain
sometimes.
used 27 layers; many brushes and again a small part of photo (to make the fence kind thing there)...in total...6 hours

well I gotta say, its very good. I came back after a week and here I see one very nicely done wallpaper. I guess my only compaint is the typo. feels like its hidden away not wanting anyone to see it.

another phenomenal wall...you did an excellent job blending the scan and background together. the photo manipulation looks great, as well. i also luv the yellowish lighting in your background. but i noticed that you can still see the other chara's finger from the original scan. you still did a good job in editing out the other image from the original scan, though. :D

Hmm this seems kind of chaotic and a bit disorganized. You've got some detailed grass and foliage in the foreground but in the background you've got some very distinct and artsey trees so the two styles don't really match. The scan still needs some work being blended in i.e. duplicating it, giving it a gaussian blur, set to overlay, etc.
Not your best work but I think this can still be a stepping stone for you to continue to improve :) -
