The colors are just short of radiant. Its a subdued look. Pinks are in, I think. :)

Though the background was a simple use of some brushes and the rendering of clouds, it didn't turn out so bad. However, there's too much blur on the scan, which seems like it was formed by the use of the Smart Blur filter alone. Because of this, some of the outlines were lost. Keep up the good work.
