Although the drawing loses some details after being resized, I think this still looks beautiful

This is really pretty. I think you moved too far to the left. Moved it over a bit to the right so she doesn't look too squished. The bg is cute and looks very fun and complements your scan very well. ^_^ Cute wallie~

the shining thing around the font should be white.. I think the yellow doesn't fit so well.. you could blend the circles more into the bg..but overall nice work ^^
