Update:
I change the bg since the scan not really blend with bg.
i rework this wall bg it's take 23 layer for bg, and time i use for rework about 6 hrs.

Very very cuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuute!!! I just love the colors and I love the scan alot!!! Although it might need a little bit more blending of the character with the background...so it won't look like it's two different things. Still this rockz!!! Has a simplistic feel but very pretty and sweet~ The light blurriness is pretty neat. It gives a sense of a heavy rainfall that you're probably going for. I like the bg and the slashes of rain. Very pretty~ It does have a sense of emptiness but not overly much. Very pretty work~

oh you made something new ^_^ i still like how you mix realistic elements with manga elements. The bg is in my opinion very good and i like the blurry aspect of it ... it's rare when i like something blurry or too bright ^_^ But here i think it renders really good :) The rain effect is also perfect for me . I like a lot how it has been done.
The character is also really cute , but she must have had a huge joy to be so much happy in the rain ^_^ what did she see ? ^_^ i wish she would be so happy just by seeing me ^_^ *dreaming*and i'm happy to see you back ^_^ please continue to do so nice wallies.
