Lol, this is certainly different to what I have thought I would do... but this is really good! I see you wanted to keep the colour of the original scan ^_^ Great use of brushes, and the font sizes were done really well XD
Just err, the category for this wall is actually "Sumi Keiichi" under Studios :) *chuckles*

I really like this -nice grunge creation- and the light effect was exactly what I would have done for this pic, although perhaps it is a tad too strong and wipes out the girls expression. I really like the effects on the wall -umm can I vote now?

mmm ... the composition ish good. the characters shows light and the the bg ish the darkness :) and i like what you did with the text too ^_^'
eto .. i dunno what else to comment about >.< hmm .. the bg .. maybe add more textures to make it look darker and have the dirty look on it. just a suggestion XD
the colors ish okie .. matches with the scan. and i think i get the message alright XD
