    Sorry but that's not Ginji.
    That's the fourth king of the Bolts (or Volts). I don't remember his name. He appears in the anime in the last 10 chapters, I think.

    it looks that Bakumex is calling him but really he is fighting with his technique. I the other volt looks himiko brother in super sayayin mode, thanks.

    the guy's name is Masaki Kurusu - the last of the four Kings of the Volts and his technique allows him to control light
    XD just got the entire series on dvd!
