((History lesson)) A few weeks ago I got a photo of Shibuya, taken by my friend while she was there. I loved the
photo... >.< Anyways, I was browsing through the gallery section and I found this wonderful scan by Nuriko EDIT: Thanks to wanna who found the link to the scan ^_^ here.
I saw the scan and literally went "ahhh !" The photo and scan just clicked... that, my friends, was the birth
of a new wallie :)
((What I did)) I didn't do every single detail, but I wanted a really clean kinda wall. The big building was
actually a round building... (yeah, round faced O_O well, on the side anyway) and it took a lifetime trying to redo and
vector the thing -_- I wanted to get some crack brushes but I couldn't get them, so I resorted to lightning X_X But
anyway, the rest is clean... cept for the bridge thingy-- my brushing was like "attack! attack!"
By the way, the streaks in her hair were done by me ;) Her hair was originally just grey
((Comments)) None in particular. I love the wall... it's so bright (and I had my Kenshin one as a desktop for like
a month X_X) and just simple. It was a lot of hard work, but my friend really wanted to see the finished copy so I
decided to finish it so I could show it to him >.<
You probably realised I haven't submitted anything of good substance lately... with the Under-A competitions and themes *insert chuckle* my style has completely gone whack. Definitely one of the better walls (I feel) I'll upload....

For some reason, I didn't really expect such a wicked wall from you. I didn't check out your gallery or anything, and I will now, and I'm sorry if you're offended but... wow, this is really awesome!
What really made me pleased to see this wall was the fact that the scan blends in with the background so well. Everything looks more real, and less cartoon-like.
It's great to see you inspired by just a "click" which makes me excited to see your other submissions. Really well done!

Bg is cool and the thumbnail is really good looking...in the big version the building looks a bit fishy ( the sides are not very good quality ). The scan is perfect. One detail i don't like, that the building is starbucks ( was it too in the original photo? ).
Anyways , nice wall and i'm going to give you a fav but it needs a few touch ups XD.

I'm not sure I like the scan... something about her eyes maybe, but I really love the background of Shibuya!! The work that you've done over the photo is amazing. Yea for Japanese backgrounds!! Very, very nice job!

Wow this is one of the best walls ive seen by you, its truely amazing.. btw i love walls with citys, and what u did with this photo was amazing, and the scan fits in soo well. I simplely love it, the angle, the light color scheme, the smooth details.. You did a great job on this wall.

my first impression when i saw this was "this looks really nice." I like the background. the wall gives a nice feel to the overall picture. the streaks you made in the hair make the robot head stuff fit nicely. great job!

Yeah, the scenery is nice but....
The color selection is also easy on the eyes yet...
