Nice background! The colours blend well. A bit too orange for my liking. And the hair could have been darker . But the blue makes the character stand out well against the backdrop. I'm a-liking it. =D

hehe^^ another you shiina wally:) i very like her scans:) ( which i found on Mt)
and as i told my friends i am always experimenting with Photoshop---> tadaaa: here is the result:D hmm....perhaps
it's a bit bright, but i luv bright wallys:D and well...the scan's original bgcolor was yellow too:) so i made
a yellow background:) (of course with different effects:D (almost everything:D it's a bit mixed:D )
and i would like to thx for my friends who comment my wallys and support me^^
