Hrrmm....so I just suddenly got the inspiration to make a wallie lol I don't know why, I just felt like making one since all my drawings are kinda...uninpired?

I was browsing around Nuriko's Gallery and found this scan of this girl. hahah sad to say I've never seen this Anime or even heard of it. I'm very proud of this wall, it's my first scenic one.

Ugh, I tried to go the cheap way and find feather brushes, but I got lazy to search for them. So instead of having pre-made feather brushes, I had to make my own ;____; It took me a while with the damn smear tool.

I can't really say I "love" the text, but it's okay. I think I could have done a little better with placement or something.

Hahahha...okay, so the scan was kinda light, that's why the light shining on her is so bright. I tried to adjust the color, but it just made it look..."not right" XD Couldn't think of any word for it.

I really love wings and I'm sooo happy that I got it to look like wings XD This whole thing together took me about...10 hours? With breaks of course.

Ugghhhh....so I'm kinda glad I finished this wall O_o This is sooo my best out of the crappy ones that I made before XD

I'm still kinda new to walling, so yeah. Comments and critiques, please, all you wallers!!

Man...she's glowing a lot!!! I hope you guys like it!! I sure like it!! ^___^ Best out of all my wallies by FAR!!!

I made it less saturated, so yeah. It's not AS bright as before.

    Oh wow! That's really nice for your first scenic one. Way better then all of my attempts... Lolz. You use the same tutorials that I do ^^ I really like it with the floating feathers and all that.

    Hm... not sure if this is correct since I'm not too good with the "realistic" aspect of things like that, but I was thinking that if the lighting is coming from the back, she wouldn't really be that bright. There would be more of a shadow on her face, unless she has really bright wings or something like that. I dunno XD Really nice though. I really like it :)

    Even though the shadows may be a bit too dark on the subject, the background looks awesome! I really like the trees and grass as well as the part of the sky with speckles of stars. It's really nice!

    This is an interesting wallpaper panda! I like the backround, it looks like you put a lot of effort into it :) I also love the scan that you used! I love the sad mood that this wallpaper is giving off. The feathers and wings are a nice touch. I think you did the trees and grass nicely, also.

    i do agree with Staff though, if the light is coming from the back, I don't think she'd be as bright as she is in front right now. If anything she might be too bright for the backround itself, but I don't think its terribly noticeable. I think you did a good job on putting it all together, though. Great job~

    Owowow~ That's amazingly beautiful. XD That scan fits prefectly with that bg. It really create a hopeful feel in a desolate place. The wings are absolutely beautifully done as well. They look so soft and elegant. They create a nice contrast to the darkness. The feathers are pretty and the misty grass is good mood maker. Very beautiful work!

    hmm.. nice nice~!
    gotta say, love the feathers, love the grass, very nicely done. the scan looks somewhat weird. da scan itself is rather smudgy and soft but the edges are solid. a bit off here. my suggestion here would be copy her. the layer below is gaussian blurred around 5.0. other that is my special preferences in wings. 'Bigger is better~' XD

    full view looks sooo much better than the sucky thumbnail X_X the grass looks reaaally really pretty (in a very realistic sense). the stars at the top looks a little odd/over cluttered but maybe that's just me. the feathers looks great too. i think it's a job well done considering it's your first scenic wall :3

    the bg trees look so real but they're too dark compared to the grass

    Beautiful wallie! ^^ I love the background! the grass is very well done and I like the touch of the feathers. I love the contrast between dark and ligth too :) and the scan is really nice. great work! keep it up! ^^
