Neon Genesis Evangelion's Rei Ayanami ~ Rei of Light :: I got the character source from Ningen's Anime Wallpaper.. thanks Ningen ~nya and then i added a simple blue cloudy background with ray waves and fairy dusts... hope you guys like this even though it is just simple...
