A friend of mine has a creative young daughter who went to see "Spirited Away" at the theater with me back when she was 3-4 years old. During the "parents transforming into pigs" scene she got scared and move onto her dad's lap for comfort...but otherwise she was completely spell bound by the Miyazaki magic. Of all my adult friends that have seen any Miyazaki movies, she is the only one that openly expressed how I feel when I watch them...emotionally connected and spell bound.
So over the years since then I have loaned her most of my Miyazaki DVD collection and she in return has drawn her 5 year old vision of Totoro. In return I made her a "Haku" as Dragon, and more recently this 1 hour sketch of the Totoro family. I just thought I would share some Miyazaki love we you MT folks. I hope it makes you smile:)

like you i absolutely loved spirited away.. i was hooked on the story all throughout, same with totoro.. Kawaii doujin! (very cute!) XD
