The Exploding Planet part 2 tutorial I see.... great job on it!!! I was gonna use it myself, but seems like you beat me to the punch... oh well, you used it perfectly in this one.

the exploding start is nice =) but I think the planet on the left is kinda odd......oh and I think you've added too much feathers ...makes it chaotic ._. ...... but the concept and idea is nice ^_^

but one thing .. the stars near the explosion .. they ought to be a lil dim cause the light caused by the explosion would have cover it up a lil

^_^ at first, i thought "oo nicky made a new wall, let's see what it is ^_^" then i saw the thumbnail and was like "o_o oh my god it's awesome, totally different from what you did before" , so i run on the download button and was again "o_o wonderful".
This is really something nicky ; i'm impressed the colors are superb to create this space background and i think that the stars you made and the planets are looking quite real, it's not like in other space backgrounds where you have an impression "fake".
The composition is really really great.
If i can tell you the little things i think weird, here i go ^_^
First, i think this is a little sad that his wings are not fully viewable ... the ends are really faded a lot and i think the wings are one of the main parts of your wall. So in my opinion they should be more viewable in a stronger color.
Second and last ^_^ it will be hard for me to explain... it's about the number of feathers. I suppose you wanted to create an effect of dispersion of his feathers. Like while he is flying, some feathers fall in the space. If it so, i think there is a problem with the distance and the reality... There are feathers really close to the screen, so it would mean they have been projected in front of him and quite far ... it's in my opinion a little perspective problem.
The feathers should in my opinion be projected behind him , or just a little in front of him. This can be done by reducing the size of them. The one between his two top left wings is in my opinion very well done, it looks really like it has been lost while he was flying.
