You have improved from your previous version of this drawing. :) You always have such a stylish way of drawing any character.
About making drawings clear. I just use the PhotoShop to clear my entire drawings with the eraser. I can't ink or outline using the photoshop to save my life. OX I take the long way out. >_<
For one, I should try drawing something, then vectoring it. That would be an awesome experience!

as for inking they are just ink pens that are like markers
the only place i know where to buy them is at Anime North XP

Itz looks nice ^^ But I suggest using some shadows :) Shading always makes a drawing better ^^ But I like the character
