I drew Sasuke and I coloured it using Photoshop. This is my first time. Feel
free to leave some tips

EDIT: I used a filter yes. I updated this one. Its a little better. I'll add
some details and some other fixing later (when I have time).
EDIT2: I fixed it ^_^, I dont have shadings yet, but I'll do that later

okay....I dunno what you did...but.....this is...bad O.o"........I think you saved it as gif or something =o????? looks so pixelated O.o".....grainy....hmz...better fix it =o......
I think you used a filter after you colored it? Maybe Watercolor?
....eh it's not the way to go if you want to vector. You should have left it alone after you colored it.
The hair lookd kinda wierd but other than that it looks pretty good. Nice job.
