EDIT: I used a filter yes. I updated this one. Its a little better. I'll add some details and some other fixing later
(when I have time).
EDIT2: I fixed it ^_^, I dont have shadings yet, but I'll do that later :D

I think you used a filter after you colored it? Maybe Watercolor?
....eh it's not the way to go if you want to vector. You should have left it alone after you colored it.
