ehe sorry i took so long with this one ^^'

as you can see, i completely CGed the whole lower half of the wall and a part of her dress from scratch, so if you think the bg looks dumb, its because all the effort went into the recging >.< i tried to imitate the texture of the original pillar so it looks somewhat the same.
as for the bg, simple clouds to really give the feeling the structure is very high. and a lame little planet ^_^'
no text for this wall cause its best that it remained simple.

i like the sepia tone and yes like meteorcloud said, it would be better with your final touches as the usual goes. the cging isn't bad but just a bit (take note: bit) inconsistent. nevertheless, i still think its good. perspectivewise, its ok.

I see it's one of the famous "add-rest" wallies... XD XD I think it's pretty difficult to add rests.. so you did a great job on this one.. the clouds need more work.. they are not soft enough and look a bit unrealistic.. but it doens't matter to the rest of the wallie.. ^^

Heh, I thought I was one of the only people who did heavy image extension on scans... good to se someone else using this technique :nya: . People really don't realize how tough it can be either XD .
You did well with integrating your extension in with the scan, the pillars and the background sky looks well executed as well. Some parts seem to be a little off with the Cging, but not enough to really notice unless that is what you were looking for ... and I was looking for that because I always do that when critiquing wall ^_^' ... and I'm a perfectionist XD. Adding that little planet helped to balance things out more too ... I think without it being there the reverse side would look a bit too desolate. Keeping the text out was wise as well ... I've ruined one of my walls by adding text to it XD . The angle is good as well and adds more depth.

ABolutely beautiful. So tranquil and calming, with wonderfully warmed and aged sepia colours. Fantastic choice of scan, and an amazingly beautiful wall :)
