  2. Kiako Jun 21, 2005

nice wallpaper, the chara looks good and the background fits well , except the sun in the back could need some more work.
where are you gooing for the vacation?

  3. FALH Jun 21, 2005

nice one, cool blur effect, but maybe the moon (or sun i think) is too round...no effect...well a good wall

    thx for share it

  4. b3nitora Jun 21, 2005

it gives u that warm fuzzy glossy feelin, i love it!!!!! I was hopin that I wasnt the only one who would made a wall from this picture, its quite sharp...id pinch those cheeks if I could...since I cant ill pinch yours instead *pinch* ^_^ thanks for the perty wall.

  5. Acuni Jun 21, 2005

    great wallie
the sun there is oval and ther is something mising like the shine
    nice shadows and the colours
    keep it up

  6. THE-DARK-PRINCE Jun 21, 2005

    WooooW...
    Coooooool effects...
It's a fact that you didn't use as much effects as you used before...
    However, it's a good one..
Keep it up, going to my fav*.... :D :) :D

nice. pitch black at a finesse mood.

refine and retouches are good. superb touches. i just wished though that the sun was given just a bit more emphasis by a glow or something.

This is a very good simple wallpaper. Very sophisticated package all in all.

  8. fukushuusha Jun 21, 2005

    yeah...finally
ur first male wall...I was looking for this too XD
nice work here bud. Though that sun looks a little weird to me
but other than that it's really cool

  9. Yina Jun 21, 2005

the sun looks weird.. it's too round.. in such a situation.. it should "melt" down the bg.. but the orange effects and the font fit great to the scan.. ^__^

  10. walkure245 Jun 21, 2005

Ohh~ I like this. ^.^ It really nice how you incorporated the guy into the shadows like that. In a way he's shrouded in darkness and brooding to himself. The bg is really great like the desert but the sun is a little hard, I guess, in comparision to the rest of the bg. But other than that, this is pretty cool!

  11. Tantaga Jun 21, 2005

The text effect you used is nice and matches the theme of a sunset well... buut shouldn't the sun be doing that fade as well. Typically during that time the sun is usually in a phase of being half shown or blurring out into oblivion. Anyway, it's good to see a male character being used. There are way too many female anime characters used these days. Simple, but effective wall :) .

I thought that many girls liked guy wallies better anyway...
But yeah, anyway, it's simple but nice. I really like what you've done with the text, and Kyo is integrated into the background quite well.
Though I think that the sun doesn't live up to the quality of the rest of the wallie. it stands out too much and I think you could do a bit more work with it.
Great job anyway^^ and have fun on your vacation!

  13. yo-chanbokura Jun 21, 2005

Wow!! as always, you've done great wallie again ^_^' cool scan. good extraction, n i love the title very much!! it has nice color n n nice effect OX
Yeah, just keep up your nice work! can't wait for others :pacman:

  14. bbls Jun 22, 2005

i really like the simplicity of your wall...i also like the texture or brush work you used on your scan. i also really like the subtlety of the desert in your background, but the sun perhaps needs a little more work. :D
also, have a nice, relaxing vacation! we'll miss your walls in the meantime.

it is a very nice wallpaper!!
The color blends with everything surrounds it ^^

  18. slivermoon Jun 23, 2005

    the bg is quite plain
and the sun needs a little more textures
    but the blending is nice
good job, black is always good as a wally colour :) :)
