This is my latest wallie ! I do it when the minitokyo server was out of work, and to waste my time i do it... i really
hope you will like it, 'cause i found it really sweet and cute... i put the blue color 'cause it's my preferred color...
the girl is so pretty... i add circles for the elevation, i take the border from an ancien wallie, change it a few...
and that's it.

Hey, that's especially cool, those elevation circles. Makes it obvious she is at least floating on something and not just hanging in mid air for some reason :) Nice find on the girl too, very cute outfit aswell.. I have to fav this of course.
The border is great, but unlike Andulien, I don't really like her zoomed-in image in the background. It's a rather common thing to do, maybe you could get some ideas on placing something else there next time? Something abstract, elevation tech-thing or an extension of that lace-type border for instance. I did like the double image on the Ikkitousen - sword girl though :D -

I really like it. It's simplistic but really well setup. The girl is really cute and well extracted. Her colors match well with the overall theme and hues of the wallie. That's great that you added the rings at the bottom to show her floating. It really gives the sense that she's midair and it really neat generally. XD Also, it's a good job that you added the border. It's really eyecatchy and matches perfectly. One more thing, the wording is really well done. Really nice work~
