I noticed this was missing from the batch of scans Zeruel posted a ways back. This is Nina from the Breath of Fire: Dragon Quarter art book and the art is by Tatsuya Yoshikawa. I scanned it myself, although my scanner isn't all that great :/

pretty good, i haven't played this game, but i loved the first three chapters, i enjoyed most the third.
