Well, I must say this:
I have ZERO proffesional practice, and this took me 4 nights (2-3 hrs in bed each night) to draw this. It's one of my crazi once and a long time sketches :P
And I just finished watching Crest and Banner of the Stars. I love Lafiel btw. I wish someone like her existed in real life xD

well the shape of her face isn't that good and you should work more on the neck and shoulders.

this is pretty good for someone who hasn't had much art practice ^^ if you ever feel like working on it further, i suggest you work a little on the shading (make the shadows darker so the whole drawing stands out more) and maybe shift her face shape a little (although i dont think it's a terrible flaw, the face and the placement of the facial features seems a little off)

I think proportion are pretty good in this drawing, except for the shoulders that seems a bit too little for the head.
Anyway there is pretty much details, it's a nice drawing overall.
You don't seem to have a precise line with your pencil, but I'm sure you gonna improve that with practice.
