Okay so this is a far better attempt at a SakuraKakashi wallpaper (I did not really like my other wall). Anyways I think what took me most of the time was the background (it was so difficult and time consuming!), which I did with flamin pear plugins.
Dedication: Mariska (mainly because she thinks my work is good; plus I felt bad about making her such a crappy wallpaper (the last one I did). Hope she likes this one though!
Disclaimer: the image I used is not mine.... i just altered its color a little.

Err.. not to be critical but your extraction is really bad. Did you just use the extract filter? Try using the eraser and history brush tool afterwards...
