Uses around 17 layers to do it. + 4 brush... Mixed a few diferent techniques and filters. I make the nigth sky thank a

Okay, a few things...I do see a few jagged white lines which were formed because of extraction. I recommend using the pen tool for extraction because it makes for precise extraction (after highlighting the outline, right click and select Make Selection). The water should go more into the horizon because it just seems that the water is ending up close. The stars seem too cluttered in places and some should be removed. Keep up the work, okay?
