Yeah.. this wall is one I made two/three weeks ago already :S It was more meant as a try-out, as you can see it's far from the appeal of being the best wall ever. Don't like how messy the grass is put in here.. but the water worked out fine, since it was my first time I used that technique :)
I am thinking about re-doing this one, with a different character, and a better forest background and all - just a better version of this one. Anyway, I do kinda like it, dunno why :) I appreciate any comments (advices!?) how I can do a better job on this one: Thanks!

the bg is kinda dark and a bit scary.. but the girl is cute and so happy.. so I think the both don't really go together... the quality of the forest is somehow bad.. I can see the typical bad quality hints of a jpg image.. >_< the reflection looks great.. though that one of the grass looks a bit odd... it's too sharp.. I think..
But you did a great work on the house and on the tree.. wow the tree looks fantastic... XD I also like the whole atmosphere.. overall a great wallie.. I think you'll become another great waller.. Keep up!! ^___^

Yuuna has a point- bg kind of does clash with the girl's happy looks, and the bars over the windows make me think "prison" for some reason, hehe. ^_^' But, me likes~!

It looks so cool! But I agree that the scan and bg don't go well together. I love the water so much too. It's one of the best I've seen especially because it looks real. But one thing, though. The reflections all rock, but the reflection of the windows look weird because it's distorted when the swamp like water doesn't have a single ripple. Speaking of the window pane, it shouldn't look well-lighted under the many shadows of the trees. The grass just below the house doesn't seem to have earth below it, so where would its roots grow? But despite those minor inaccuracies, I'm still very much in love with the wallpaper! Great job. ^_^ I do hope I've helped you.

i really like your mysterious forest background...everything looks so well put together. i also really like water and the reflections, but the window looked too distorted in it. and i thought the scan looked to lighted in such a dark background. but overall you did an amazing job with your wall, especially the scenery! :D
