Hmmm I don't want to sound too harsh but there's quite a bit that could use some more work.
The sunlight looks pretty awkward with all that orange surrounding the sun, you should have rays instead of a big circle of orange. The mountains look too realistic, they could use some filter work....possibly some smart blurring, gaussian blurring, and maybe even the median filter. The water looks great, however too realistic to mesh well with the scan, again some filter work could help here. And the scan itself needs some cleaning, although in this case manga images are somewhat hard to make look completely "animated" it still wouldn't hurt to duplicate it a few times and try some diff. layering methods along with a bit of smart and/or gaussian blurring.

That is very much the prettyness. I like where you placed Nishino, but maybe you could make the sun be a setting one so as to bring out Nishino herself. She seems to blend in.
