I know, I know, you're thinking why I'm submitting this wallpaper again. Well, I got a visit from Chii today and she said my wallpaper was...not qualified to submitted so I went back in and made some major changes. Hopefully, it's now qualified so they don't have to remove it. = (
After, reading some comments on my last wallpaper before it was removed I decided to make this one a bit brighter and more into the celebration and party theme. Editing all the lights was a pain!

Another great wallpaper of Belldandy in her evening gown. The cityscape looks like Las Vegas and Belldandy's staying in a penthouse at some plush hotel there (e.g. the MGM Grand). Superb.
