SakuraX is correct. I investigated the means to the picture and it is in-fact Kakashi holding the Kunai up to the throat of Iruka-sensei.

well i am a kakashi lover so i don't think that kakashi would do that to iruka. i see pics of them to together all the time so i think kakashi was just doing the thing when you cover the person eyes and say "guess who" when you come up behind him as a joke.
