here is a brief biography of him from ign:

Twin brother of Darc. Kharg grew up a prince, developing a sense of courage in battle against the Deimos and the heart of a good leader. On one of his journeys, he discovers that he is half Deimos and half human, a fact he has struggled with in the past.
