here is a brief biography of him from ign:

Twin brother of Kharg. Found nearly dead by Kido, he grew up as a slave. Currently, he is the king of the Deimos, searching for a safe refuge for his people. Since he spent a lot of time in battle, his language is rough and he has a cold disposition.
