great wallpaper, i like the background, the effects are good and i like the things you put in it, the girl fits in well and she is very pretty too.

Love the scan and the colours in the background.

Only 2 complaints is that the hair seems a bit rushed in places and that the bevell in the meshing looks a bit boring and there's one bit where it doesn't match up :/.

However I love the background and the way you've put the light to match with the stock.

I know you've said it is not perfect but please allow me to go give you some feedback on it. Overall the composition is compelling and nicely done. I do find it quite fascinating that you've combined the centre of view from the background (namely the cloud/nebula at centre) with the general centre of view (the scan, which by the way with her hands outsretched as they are seem to invite you to come to her).

And talking about the background nice use of a red-blue pallette. brings out the hues in the girls gown. Planet/moon is a bit too transparent for me, but it fits well with the sky.

One thing I find disturbing is that the "bars" on the window do not reach the edge of the window at the same level, i.e. they whould either go outside or inside, but not both. Further on the window is that you've got your shadows place in the wrong direction. Because the cloud/nebula is the main light source the shadow of the bars to the left of the girl should be pointing towards the left and not towards the right as you have placed them.

In any case very good wallpaper... a definite favourite.
